A new “fixed” duplicator (assuming it was the original one) was sent to me after about a week and a half. Everything worked on this one. DVDs were finalized automatically. CDs were copied quickly and good quality. This duplicator is good for duplicating short family type videos (5- 10 minutes). But for longer DVDs, it seems to take forever. – Terry Ellis

This is a wonderful item. It takes 3-5 minutes verses the 15 minutes it takes to copy a CD/DVD on my computer. It was very easy to set up. And even easier to use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a compact stand alone burner. – Tricia1
